Registered Nurse (RN) - 3G Medical/Surgical

Assess patients, analyze data to identify problems, and define individualized outcomes. Develop an interdisciplinary plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate progress toward attainment. Delegate tasks to LPNs and unlicensed assistive personnel based on capability and patient needs, while supervising their performance and directing improvement efforts. Communicate patient status and expectations to the health team, ensuring appropriate implementation of physician orders and documentation of care. Precept new nursing employees and students. Work full-time overnight shifts at Springfield Memorial Hospital, a Magnet facility, with a sign-on bonus available.
