Job Summary
Delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with other health team members. Interacts effectively with patients, significant others, and health team members while maintaining high standards of professional nursing. Provides high quality care to neonatal through adult Medical/Surgical patients across inpatient and outpatient settings. Offers weekend and holiday coverage as part of the 36-hour weekly schedule and includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Requires an ADN with Iowa RN licensure; a BSN is preferred. Participates in a dynamic team and uses clinical judgment to support patient-centered care across diverse populations.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
- Prefer bachelors degree in nursing or other related field
- Hospital based nursing Health care experience within the last five years preferred
- Pediatric care experience preferred
- Maintains valid licensure/certification/registration
- Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Iowa
