Registered Nurse (RN) - 3 West Neuro ICU Augusta

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while delivering care plans with independent judgment. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, prioritize actions based on needs, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and care changes. Listen to patient and family concerns, serve as an educational resource, and report pertinent information to appropriate individuals while upholding confidentiality. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support shared governance through council activities, and mentor other nurses. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and stay current with research literature and industry best practices. Work full-time night shifts, 36 hours per week, at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Augusta.
