Registered Nurse (RN) - 3 North Neurology Augusta

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while delivering care plans that promote short- and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, prioritize actions based on needs, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and incidents. Serve as an educational resource for patients and families, listen to concerns, and report pertinent information to appropriate staff. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, maintain professional licenses, and mentor other nurses through shared governance activities. Full-time night shift, 36 hours per week, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus available.
