Registered Nurse (RN) 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Assess resident health care needs, make nursing diagnoses, and transition into interdisciplinary plans of care through collaboration with the nursing team. Establish functional communications with staff, disciplines, residents, families, medical staff, and the community. Lead and direct nursing staff in the safe, effective delivery of care, monitoring medication effects and treatments to provide appropriate feedback. Address needs of medically complex and mentally compromised residents while protecting resident rights and treating all parties with respect, dignity, honesty, confidentiality, and respect. Requires current unencumbered RN licensure in Massachusetts and proficiency in electronic health records. Weekly pay every Thursday; benefits start at 24 hours.
