Job Summary
The Registered Nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care for patients, coordinating with the health care team to ensure quality outcomes. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) approved curriculum of the American Heart Association (CPR and AED) program required.
- Act 33 with renewal
- Act 34 with renewal
- Act 73 FBI Clearance
- Current ACLS or completion within one year of hire/transfer date into department.
- NIH Stroke Scale – current or within 6 months of Hire/Transfer into Department.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
- One-year med/surg, PCU or critical care experience.
