Job Summary
Provide employee health services and clinical support on a 2nd-shift, contract basis to promote workplace health and safety. Responsibilities include injury and illness management, pre-employment screenings, health assessments, regulatory compliance (OSHA, ADA, FMLA), case management and return-to-work coordination, health promotion and wellness program development, CPR/First Aid training, ergonomic assessments, health-related education, and collaboration with HR and safety teams to maintain a healthy work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with a valid license in Michigan
- 2 years of experience in Family/General/Occupational Health
- Strong knowledge of disability management and return-to-work protocols
- Proven ability to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
