Registered Nurse (RN) - 2N: Cardiac Telemetry

Registered Nurse (RN) for Cardiac Telemetry on 2 North at Advocate Trinity Hospital. Provides patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process to assess needs, plan and implement individualized interventions, and evaluate outcomes; collaborates with the health care team to coordinate care, promote patient safety, and actively participates in discharge planning. Maintains readiness to teach patients and families, supports quality/process improvements, and demonstrates leadership by delegating to unlicensed staff as appropriate. Requires RN license, BLS, and completion of an accredited nursing program; typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience. Part-time role (24 hours/week) in Chicago, IL with reasonable physical requirements and benefits eligibility.
