Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing care for high-acuity patients with trach, vent, and G-tube needs. Deliver skilled nursing in a calm environment while building consistent relationships with children and families. Utilize clinical judgment with full autonomy and receive 24/7 clinical support, respiratory therapist mentorship, and clear care plans. Maintain compliance with CDC safety guidelines using provided PPE and complete required training, including BLS CPR and Alzheimer's certification. Work flexible schedules with weekly pay, PTO, and access to an employee portal for shift management.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
