Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home, focusing fully on the child and family while utilizing clinical judgment with confidence. Manage care for patients requiring trach, vent, or G-tube support, leveraging available training and mentorship from respiratory therapists. Maintain patient safety through strict adherence to CDC guidelines with full PPE provided, while accessing 24/7 clinical support and clear care plans. Requires a current active Florida RN license, BLS CPR certification, and relevant experience or willingness to train. Weekly pay, PTO, and comprehensive benefits are included.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
