Registered Nurse - RN - $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Assist Unit/Shift Supervisor in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the nursing unit activities; check ill residents, perform periodic assessments, and report changes; assess resident care needs for Minimum Data Set and Interdisciplinary care plans; administer and record prescribed medications and treatments; assess residents on admission and initiate interim care plans; render emergency care as needed and submit incident reports. This role supports a faith-based, non-profit long-term care facility with a focus on resident-centered care, staff development, and a collaborative care environment. Evening shifts available with a sign-on bonus for full-time employment.
