Job Summary
Provide nursing care to patients/residents requiring long-term and/or rehabilitative care. Assess, plan, and evaluate the patient’s/resident’s care using nursing judgment, and implement the plan while directing and supervising other nursing personnel. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with policies and confidentiality. Rotate through day and night shifts (including holidays/weekends) in a 119-bed facility in Sarasota, FL, with opportunities for sign-on bonus and benefit packages. Must hold an active RN license and meet state requirements; background screening is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of a basic education program in professional nursing.
- Must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in state(s) of practice.
- Must have a reliable source of transportation.
Desired Qualifications
- RN license in state(s) of practice
- 1 year medical/surgical nursing experience (acute/critical care preferred)
