Job Summary
Provide nursing care to long-term and rehabilitation patients within a 119-bed facility. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient/resident care according to the Nurse Practice Act and facility policies, supervise other nursing personnel, ensure proper documentation, and deliver patient/family education. Rotating shifts include 6:00 AM–6:00 PM and 6:00 PM–6:00 AM; walk-in interviews are available and the role offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus for full-time hires. The position emphasizes compassionate, professional care within a supportive team environment and requires AHCA background clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of nursing program
- Current RN license in state of practice
- Minimum one year medical/surgical experience in acute or long-term care setting
- Reliable transportation
