Job Summary
Deliver, direct, and supervise patient care on the nursing unit under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, Nurse Manager, or Charge Nurse. Plan, coordinate, and provide interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, and patient/family teaching for post-hospitalization while accessing community resources. Maintain current RN licensure and hold BLS certification, with ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment or for Charge Nurse roles. This 13-week night shift assignment offers $60/hour, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth within PAM Health's collaborative post-acute environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates
- Current BLS certification
- AHA approved BLS certification
- AHA approved ACLS certification
- ACLS certification within 90 days of employment
- ACLS certification for Charge Nurses
Desired Qualifications
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience
