Job Summary
This position entails delivering nursing care utilizing the nursing process in an inpatient hospital setting. The role requires accountability for patient care delivery and incorporates clinical knowledge and independent judgment. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, developing and evaluating plans of care, ensuring patient safety, providing education tailored to individual needs, and employing evidence-based practices. Candidates must hold a current RN license and less than 12 months of experience, with a preference for those holding a BSN.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which services will be provided or current multi-state Registered Nurse license through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
- Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date
- Less than 12 months of experience as a registered nurse
