Job Summary
Perform physical examinations, administer medications, and develop individualized care plans for patients in nursing homes. Collect and analyze patient data, monitor outcomes, and document reporting while educating families on health conditions. Collaborate with healthcare teams and supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff. Ensure patient safety through clinical judgment and critical thinking. Maintain a valid RN license and BLS certification. Weekly pay and flexible schedules available.
Required Qualifications
- A valid RN license in the state of employment
- A BLS certification
- other relevant certifications as required by the specialty or facility
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
