Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care according to each resident's individualized plan of care, administering medications, performing comprehensive assessments, and completing accurate clinical documentation. Supervise Nursing Assistants, monitor residents' conditions to promptly notify physicians of significant changes, and ensure compliance with CMS, state, and federal regulations. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote safe, compassionate, and high-quality resident-centered care while maintaining a positive, respectful work environment. Work day, evening, or night shifts in full-time, part-time, or PRN roles.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
- Current, active, unrestricted North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current CPR Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year of Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
