Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care according to each resident's individualized plan of care, administering medications, performing comprehensive assessments, providing wound care, and completing accurate clinical documentation. Monitor residents' conditions, promptly notify physicians of significant changes, and supervise nursing assistants while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure compliance with CMS, state, and federal regulations. Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
- Current, active, unrestricted North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current CPR Certification
