Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments, manage medications, and document changes in resident conditions while promoting the physical and psychosocial well-being of seniors. Create a comforting atmosphere through supportive presence and foster teamwork to ensure coordinated care. Work with nursing and facility teams to exceed resident needs, demonstrating C.A.R.E. values of compassion, accountability, relationships, and excellence. Maintain a respectful environment through strong interpersonal communication and a passion for geriatric nursing. Full-time evening or night shifts available with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff
