Registered Nurse (RN), $1,500 sign-on bonus

Deliver home health nursing care to patients in Stockton, CA as part of a multidisciplinary team. Assess patient status and provide treatment and care; routinely administer prescribed medications and therapies; manage patient medical supplies; handle emergency situations; promote patient health and provide teaching; collaborate with family members and train them as needed. Requires active CA RN license, ADN or BSN, and BLS; ACLS preferred. Minimum one year of experience; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
