Job Summary
Provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes while educating and supporting patients and caregivers. Manage medications, symptoms, and complex clinical needs through strong independent clinical judgment. Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and supervise LPNs and CNAs as appropriate. Monday–Friday schedules with on-call rotation and flexible routing are available for this full-time or part-time role. Active RN license, current BLS certification, and a valid driver's license are required.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification (AHA)
- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
