Job Summary
Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate evidence-based patient care while collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to advance care plans and enhance operational efficiency. Provide competent nursing care adhering to the ANA Scope and Standards, Code of Ethics, and all regulatory accreditation standards. Participate in decision-making, teaching, and mentoring activities. Requires an active Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license, an Associate's degree (BSN preferred), and Basic Life Support certification.
Required Qualifications
- Associates of Nursing (ASN)
- active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
- graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
