Registered Nurse

Manage patient care assignments, answer call lights promptly, and address patient/family concerns while ensuring safe nursing coverage. Collaborate with the nursing team, physicians, and families to develop effective plans of care, monitor clinical outcomes, and minimize rehospitalizations. Oversee medication management, coordinate discharge planning, and investigate complaints to resolve issues. Complete rounds to assess patient needs, ensure Point Click Care utilization, and maintain accurate MDS compliance. Participate in quality improvement activities, staff education, and shift-to-shift communication to uphold a culture of safety.
