Job Summary
Registered Nurse role focused on respiratory stroke care in Wichita, KS. Night shift, PRN. Provides clinical excellence through personalized care plans, acts as primary advocate for patients, coordinates cross-disciplinary care, translates physician and nursing orders into high-quality actions, and guides discharge planning to support patients beyond the hospital. Key duties include implementing, monitoring, and adapting patient care plans; serving as a central hub for the clinical team; ensuring safety and accuracy in all actions; and coordinating comprehensive discharge planning.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date required; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required
