Registered Nurse, Resource Team, Northwest Community Hospital- Per Diem- Level 1

Provide patient assessment and collect health data involving patients, families, and health care providers. Coordinate patient plans of care to ensure interventions are consistent, safe, timely, and appropriate. Communicate clearly with all customers in person, on the phone, and in writing. Individualize patient and family teaching based on thorough assessments to meet specific learning needs. Participate in evaluating quality and effectiveness of nursing practice through quality improvement initiatives while maintaining professional knowledge of current standards, laws, and regulations. This per diem Level 1 role requires a minimum commitment of 48 hours every 6 weeks, including 24 weekend hours, with shifts running from 7:00am to 7:30pm. You must hold an Associate's or BSN degree, Illinois licensure, and current CPR certification.
