Job Summary
The Resource Pool Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care to patients through assessment, care planning, coordination, and delivery of patient care in alignment with exceptional patient care standards. Responsibilities include creating and implementing individualized care plans, observing and documenting patient progress, administering medications, and communicating with the healthcare team about patient conditions. The position requires adherence to scheduling guidelines and involves possible precepting of new employees. Candidates must possess a valid Registered Nurse license for Indiana and ACLS and BLS certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license valid to practice in the state of Indiana
- ACLS and BLS certification
- Minimum of one year as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting
