Registered Nurse- Resource Team/ Float Pool - Per Diem - Nights

Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit while utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate the patient plan of care. Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care and communicate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Contribute positively to safety outcomes and promote a high-quality patient experience. This per diem night shift role requires independent practice and floating across units at Northwest Community Hospital.
