Registered Nurse- Resource Team/ Float Pool - Per Diem - Nights

Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit while utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes and continuity. Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote a high-quality patient experience. This per diem night shift role (7pm–7:30am) requires a current Illinois nursing license, BSN preferred, and BLS/CPR certification. Candidates must float across units, with a schedule of 48 hours over six weeks including weekend shifts and holiday coverage.
