Registered Nurse Resource Pool

Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care across inpatient units by performing comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Adapt quickly to different units, patient populations, and acuity levels while continuously monitoring, documenting, and evaluating patient progress. Maintain accurate regulatory documentation and educate patients and families to promote recovery and safe transitions. Start in the Medical-Surgical Resource Pool with opportunities for cross-training into specialty departments. Provide coverage across days, nights, weekends, and holidays, earning a 10% float differential. Requires current RN license, one year of experience, and BLS certification. BSN required as of 4/27/2025. Full-time and part-time positions available at St. Vincent Hospital in Billings.
