Registered Nurse Resource Pool

Deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care across inpatient units by performing comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Adapt quickly to varying patient populations and acuity levels while monitoring, documenting, and evaluating patient progress in accordance with regulatory standards. Educate patients and families to promote recovery and safe transitions of care, maintaining accurate documentation throughout the shift. Full-time and part-time positions available with a 10% float differential applied to all hours worked. Coverage includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Current RN license and at least one year of experience required; BLS certification mandatory. BSN degree required as of 4/27/2025.
