Registered Nurse Resource Pool

Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care across inpatient units by performing comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Adapt quickly to varying patient populations and acuity levels while monitoring, documenting, and evaluating patient progress in accordance with regulatory standards. Educate patients and families to promote recovery and safe transitions of care. This full-time or part-time Resource Pool position requires a current RN license with at least one year of experience and BLS certification. Coverage includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays with a 10% float differential applied to all hours worked. BSN is required as of the last update.
