Registered Nurse Resource Pool

Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care across inpatient units by performing comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Adapt quickly to varying patient populations and acuity levels while maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards. Educate patients and families to promote recovery and safe transitions of care. You will float across multiple units, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a 10% float differential applied to all hours worked. Current RN license required with at least one year of experience; BLS certification mandatory. BSN degree required as of 4/27/2025. Full-time and part-time positions available at St. Vincent Hospital in Billings.
