Registered Nurse Resource Pool

Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care across inpatient units by performing comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and adapting quickly to varying patient populations and acuity levels. Collaborate effectively with physicians, care managers, and interdisciplinary teams while continuously monitoring, documenting, and evaluating patient progress in accordance with regulatory standards. Educate patients and families to promote recovery and safe transitions of care, maintaining accurate documentation throughout the shift. Coverage includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays with a 10% float differential applied to all hours worked. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with opportunities for cross-training into specialty departments as you gain clinical exposure.
