Job Summary
Deliver patient-centered care as part of a Denver-area RN Resource Pool, floating across four Denver hospitals to support system-wide staffing. Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care, perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document care, adapt to varied units, and educate patients and families. Requires current RN license in practice state, willingness to float among four facilities, BLS, and a BSN within specified timelines for less than 12 months of experience; BSN strongly preferred before update date. Full-time with a 10% float differential and cross-facility collaboration across Good Samaritan, St. Joseph, Lutheran Medical Center, and Platte Valley hospitals.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience
- Willingness to float to all four Denver facilities: Good Samaritan Hospital, St. Joseph Hospital, Lutheran Medical Center, Platte Valley Hospital
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for Healthcare Providers
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four (4) years of hire date
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred (as of last update)
