Job Summary
Resource Pool RN position at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Grand Junction, CO. Float across multiple inpatient units to support staffing, deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care, develop individualized care plans, document assessments/interventions/outcomes, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educate patients/families, and adapt to varying unit workflows and acuity with a 36-hr weekly schedule and weekend shifts; includes a 10% float differential and both full-time and part-time opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of start
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience
- Willingness to float across multiple units within the Medical Center
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (degree preferred)
