Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinate resident assessments, and implement health maintenance plans for seniors. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate care outcomes and educate residents on diagnosis and treatment. Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel while ensuring safe administration of care within state practice standards. May serve as charge nurse to manage resident care needs and resolve service concerns. Requires an unencumbered RN license and a Bachelor's degree preferred. Full-time schedule with 12-hour night shifts; $10,000 sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- 12 Hours - Night Shifts
- Full time
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA)
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
