Registered Nurse - Resident Care Facility - Part Time Night

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and deliver education. May serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe administration of care and resolving service concerns. Maintain competency within the full scope of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Requires an unencumbered RN license, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
