Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinate resident assessments, and implement preventative health maintenance for seniors in the GSS NE Albion facility. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to plan and evaluate care plans while managing tasks as a charge nurse when assigned. Delegate appropriate duties to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel within their scope of competence and practice standards. Requires an unencumbered RN license, with a Bachelor's degree preferred, for this full-time night shift position offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- 12 Hours - Night Shifts
- Full time
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA)
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
