Job Summary
RN Residency program role focusing on supervising care, leading patient assessments, tailoring care plans, and addressing patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed. Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries. Use advanced nursing skills in an inpatient rehabilitation setting to foster compassionate, individualized care and help patients meet rehab goals with cutting-edge practice and technology.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
