Job Summary
Lead patient assessments and supervise care and treatments for inpatients in a rehabilitation hospital setting. Tailor care plans to address each patient’s goals, collaborate with diverse departments to ensure coordinated care, and provide direct patient care as needed. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, support fellow staff with complex needs, and help drive positive patient outcomes. Requires valid RN licensure; CPR certification required; ACLS and CRRN are preferred. Opportunity includes tuition reimbursement and ongoing education in a nationally recognized inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Required Qualifications
- RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- ACLS certification (preferred)
- CRRN certification (preferred)
- One year of experience in rehabilitation hospital setting (preferred)
