Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as part of the RN Residency program in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care, and serve as a resource for fellow staff while supporting patients and their families through the recovery process. Ideal candidates will hold an RN license, CPR certification, and have exposure to rehabilitation care; ACLS and CRRN certifications are preferred, and one year of rehabilitation hospital experience is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
