Job Summary
Registered Nurse Residency program opportunity focused on guiding new graduates or nurses into specialized inpatient rehabilitation roles. Responsibilities include supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, tailoring care plans, addressing patient concerns to facilitate recovery, collaborating with various departments to ensure coordinated care, and serving as a resource for fellow staff to support complex patient needs and inquiries. Emphasizes empathetic, individualized care and continuity with patients and their families in a technology-enabled rehabilitation environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- ACLS preferred
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
