Registered Nurse

Coordinate and deliver age-appropriate pre- and post-operative patient care for renal and vascular access procedures, administering medications and IV fluids while monitoring and responding to changes in patient status. Serve as the circulating RN in the procedure room, assisting surgeons and interventional nephrologists, maintaining sterile fields, and performing instrument counts. Manage pain assessments, communicate post-procedure updates to dialysis units and providers, and educate patients and families based on their learning needs. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure strict confidentiality throughout all patient interactions.
