Registered Nurse- Renal Dialysis

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate safe patient care for assigned dialysis patients using the nursing process. Provide direct care, guide patient and family teaching, and direct activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining unit standards. Communicate with physicians regarding clinical changes, hemodynamics, diagnostic results, and symptoms, responding quickly to condition shifts or treatment responses. Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality throughout care delivery. Requires current Texas RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification; one year acute care hemodialysis experience preferred. BSN preferred. Per diem, variable shifts.
