Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to plan, deliver, and manage direct patient care from admission to discharge in the renal dialysis setting. Perform patient assessments, coordinate individual care plans including discharge planning, and document all care according to standard procedures. Administer medications, perform treatments, operate equipment, and educate patients and families while collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure continuity. Direct and supervise nursing care within the assigned clinical setting, delegate appropriately, and participate in quality improvement initiatives and nursing governance activities. Maintain compliance with departmental policies, health and safety regulations, and standards of respect.
Required Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration
- BLS certification
- Thorough knowledge of the discipline of Nursing

- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing
