Job Summary
Community Nursing RN opportunity in Adelaide, South Australia with relocation support. Deliver high-quality clinical care directly in patients' homes on a rotating AM/PM roster (no night shifts), maintaining autonomy with a supportive multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include comprehensive health assessments, medication administration, chronic and complex wound care, patient and family education, and clinical monitoring with early deterioration identification. Requires AHPRA registration, a valid driver’s licence with reliable vehicle, and at least 2 years of recent acute or community nursing experience.
