Job Summary
Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents while maintaining the highest degree of quality. Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants and ensure all personnel comply with facility policies and Federal, State, and Local Standards. Operate in accordance with required guidelines as directed by the Director of Nursing. Confirm that assigned nursing staff adhere to written procedures established by the facility. Maintain confidentiality through excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, up to $47/hr, and includes tuition forgiveness, shift differentials, and a uniform allowance. Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of residence
- Current/active CPR Certification
- Customer service oriented with ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
