Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and skilled procedures. Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides while monitoring physical and emotional status to ensure safety and dignity. Develop individualized care plans, coordinate admissions and discharges, and complete accurate clinical documentation per facility policy. Participate in quality assurance activities, staff education, and regulatory surveys as needed. This 176-bed family-based facility offers a culture of patient-centered care with a mission to revolutionize long-term care. We provide a $10,000 sign-on bonus, tuition forgiveness, and shift differentials for our stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum one (1) year of clinical nursing experience
- Knowledge of Federal and State long-term care regulations
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and exercise sound clinical judgment
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Relocate to Terre Haute, IN

Desired Qualifications
- CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Long-term care experience
- Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role
