Job Summary
RN opportunity in Signature HealthCARE's Terre Haute area with relocation assistance and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Provide direct and compassionate care to patients/residents in a 176-bed long-term care facility, supervise nursing assistants, ensure compliance with federal/state/local standards, and uphold written policies and procedures. Must hold an active RN license, CPR certification, and demonstrate strong organizational, documentation, and patient-care skills to deliver high-quality care within a team-oriented setting.
