Job Summary
Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents while maintaining the highest degree of quality. Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants and ensure all personnel comply with facility policies and Federal, State, and Local Standards. Confirm compliance with written procedures established by the Director of Nursing and operate in accordance with required guidelines. Maintain confidentiality through excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills. This 176-bed family-based facility offers a culture of patient-centered healthcare, personalized spirituality, and real quality of life initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of residence
- Current/active CPR Certification
- Customer service oriented with ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
